1pm Update
The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Central Jefferson County and Orange County until 700 PM Friday. At 1257 PM, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
