Firefighters from across Orange County worked this afternoon to put out a blaze at Clark & Co. in the 17000 block of Highway 62, about a mile north of FM 105.
The company makes and sells cleaning chemicals for commercial car washes. At this time, the cause is not know. The Bridge City Fire Department is taking the lead in the investigation.
The fire was reported about 2 p.m. Law officers blocked off the area on Highway 62 from both directions, causing traffic back-ups.
No injuries have been reported. Because of the chemicals, a hazmat team is going to help with the clean-up.
