Felicia brought JOY unspeakable!
Her formative years were spent in Baytown Texas, Channelview Texas
and St. Croix Virgin Islands where she graduated Central High School.
With her love for business Felicia spent most of her work years in management.
On August 17, 2017, The Lord took his own Felicia Renee O’Neal home.
Her passing is experienced in heaven that of earth never to be forgotten,
for who can forget a light that is no longer.
For her hands were always at the plow, Felicia who believed if we can help another,
we can live a better and easier life. Because of her kindness, she was often taken for granted; yet she would find strength to say,
“maybe the next person would do better.”
