The Celebration of Life for Mr. Eddie Boone, Sr., 57, of Orange, will be Saturday, February 2nd, 2019 at 1 pm at the Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. Rites of Christian Burial are scheduled at the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, TX. Visitation will be from 11 am until 1 pm.
Eddie Boone, Sr. was born May 27th, 1961 in Smackover, AR to Mr. Sie and Mrs. Helen Mae Calloway Boone.
Coming to Orange in 1962, he was raised and educated here, graduating from West Orange-Stark High School in the “Class of 1980”. He went on the serve his country in the U.S. Navy and was Discharged with Honors. Returning to Orange, he was employed by the City of Orange in the Street and Drainage Department.
His summons from life to life eternal came Thursday, January 24th at Baptist Hospital Beaumont.
Forever cherishing his life and the special times shared with him are his wife, Annette Davis of Orange, 2 sons, Eddie Boone, Jr. of Orange and Ededric Boone of Klein, TX, 5 daughters, Myesha Nash of Beaumont, Myquisha Davis of Shreveport, LA, Edetri Boone of Klein, TX, and Bre’Keal Davis and Britney Boone both of Orange, 3 brothers, Nathan Ray Boone of Houston, TX, and Willie Joe Boone and James Anthony Boone, both of Orange, 5 sisters, Ethel Hebert and Elcie Boone, both of Houston, TX, Fannie Mae Boone and Mary Alice Chargois, both of Orange and Elaine Boone of Atlanta, GA and 11 grandchildren.
