
On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, Orange County Sheriff Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Aery Road in Vidor. The vehicle was occupied by a male driver and female passenger. During the traffic stop, deputies developed probable cause to believe both occupants of the vehicle were engaged in criminal activity.
A search of the vehicle revealed 12.8 oz of suspected methamphetamines hidden in roofing tar inside a 5-gallon bucket. Deputies also located information inside the vehicle linking the suspects to the distribution of illicit drugs to other drug dealers in Orange County. Both suspects were arrested and placed in the Orange County Jail for Felony Possession of Dangerous Drugs.
