Rips or tears in jeans and shirts are fashionable, but the West Orange-Cove school district says not at school. Monday was the first day of school for the district and the district posted on Facebook that the dress code had been changed.
“All clothing must be neat and clean, with no rips, holes or tears (store bought or self-made) that allow skin to show,” the district posted.
Students are allowed to have facial hair, but it must be “neat and groomed,” according to the district.
