
Dennis James Sedtal, 66, of Beaumont died Monday, October 20, 2025. He was born on March 12, 1959, in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, to Pasty Parent Sedtal and Ronald L. Sedtal.
Dennis worked for Coca Cola, Matheson – Trigas, Bayou Din Golf Course and owned his own Car Service / Uber Company “We Drive You Arrive,” which was his favorite job until May 2025. He played softball, bowled, and golfed for many years. WOS Statistician for eighteen years, officiated baseball for thirty years with TASO, and was a TASO volleyball official. Dennis loved his Dallas Cowboys, Houston Astros, and UT Longhorn football team.
Survivors include his wife, Denise H. Sedtal; daughters, April Sedtal; Jessica Parker and her husband, Josh; and Rebecca Sedtal and her boyfriend, Chris; sons, Jerrod McNary and his wife, Brandee; and Joel McNary and his wife, Jodi; brothers, Michael Sedtal and his wife, Michelle; Christopher Sedtal and his wife, Lisa; Timothy Sedtal and his wife, Jackie; and Jeffery Sedtal and his wife, Ann Marie; sisters, Julie Collins and her husband, Ronnie; and Catherine Baker and her husband, Jayson; grandchildren, Harper Leith, Sebastian Leith, Dustin Parker, Jasper McNary, Kaleb McNary, and Parker McNary; godsons, Timothy Sedtal, Brian Parent, and Alexander Baker; great-grandson on the way, Waylon Lee McNary; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and son in-law, Sebestian Leith II.
A gathering of Mr. Sedtal’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with a Rosary recited at 11:30 a.m., followed by his funeral service at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His cremation arrangements were handled by Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
