The man killed in an accident on Highway 62 on March 20 has been identified.
Texas DPS reported that at approximately 9:55 a.m., a Peterbilt truck tractor semi-trailer was traveling south on S.H. 62. It is reported that a Buick Enclave with Mississippi plates pulled from Waterwood Drive and was struck on its driver side.
The driver of the Buick has been identified as 68 year old Michael Tubbs of Courtland, MS.
The driver of the 18 wheeler was not injured.
