Deborah “Debbie” Karen Lingard-Mineer, 56, of Orange, passed away on May 1, 2021, in Orange.
Cremation will be held by Simple Tributes by Claybar.
Born in Blackpool, England, on December 4, 1964, moving to Seattle, Washington at the age of two, she was the daughter of George Lingard and Barbara (McDowan) Lingard. She later moved to Texas after marrying her beloved husband, William. Debbie loved crafts especially working with seashells. She enjoyed spending time at the beach surrounded by her loved ones. She was a chef and worked in nutrition management where she earned a deep appreciation and talent for cooking, often creating new dishes and sauces. She was the team mom and never missed any of her daughter’s softball games. Debbie will be deeply missed by all those who came to know and love her.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Lingard.
She is survived by her mother, Barbara (McDowan) Lingard of Lake Chelan, Washington; her loving husband of 20 years, William Mineer of Orange; children, Heather Mineer of Orange, and Michael-John Lingard of Washington; two grandchildren; and sisters, Carol Corona of Carlsbad, CA, Julie Lingard of Kirkland, WA, and Beverly Lingard of Kirkland, WA; and one niece and three nephews.
