David Lee Foreman, age 69, of Orange, Texas, passed from this life on, Wednesday, September 16, 2020. Arrangements were made under the direction of, Dorman Funeral Home.
David was born on Sunday, February 11, 1951, in Orange, Texas to parents, Bernice (Bouley) and Vezie Lee Foreman. David was a longtime resident of Orange, Texas as well as a former resident of Crosby, Texas for 28 years. David met the love of his life when he came to know Marilyn Sue (Comeaux). The couple married in Orange, Texas on April 7, 1973. They shared 47 blissful years together but made a lifetime of memories. David was a very genuine man who was consistently helping anyone who needed it, in any way that he could. He loved his family more than anything in the entire world and the feeling was reciprocated. He was a great father to his daughters and a wonderful husband to his wife, all of whom loved him dearly. He loved to listen to his Cajun music and dance. If you could keep up with him, you could dance with anyone! He always had his own, unique style of dancing whether he would add a step, or take a step. Fishing and riding the waters of the bayou, just enjoying nature, was something that you could often find David doing.
David was a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, great- grandfather, uncle and friend, whom will forever be loved and missed by all who knew him.
David is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Marilyn Foreman; Daughters, Lanita Simmons and husband, Troy, as well as, Erin Foreman; Sisters, Mary, Eva, Shirley and Verdie; Grandchildren, Christofer, Joshua, Kayla, Randy, Callie, Jacob, Amanda and Shelby; Great Grandchildren, Tessa, Bella, Tatum, Kameryn and Audry; Favorite Cousin, Diane Bankston; as well as, a host of Brother-in-laws, Sister-in-laws, Nieces, Nephews, extended friends and family.
David is preceded in death by his parents, Vezie and Bernice Foreman, as well as, his sister, Dorothy.
