Lamar reliever Jack Dallas picked up his 12th save of the season in the Cardinals 6-2 win over Tarleton Friday. Dallas struck out three and walked one in 1.2 innings.
The victory moves LU to 35-19 on the season and 19-10 in Western Athletic Conference play, and within a half game of division leaders Sam Houston.
Dallas broke the record of 11 that he set last year.
