The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers are investigating an auto-pedestrian crash on Farm-to-Market Road 105, near Farm-to-Market Road 1132, that occurred Sunday, July 27, 2025.
The preliminary crash investigation indicates that at approximately 11:51 a.m., a Ford F-150 was traveling south. It is reported that a bicyclist was traveling on the improved shoulder, crossed the street in front of the Ford and was struck by the Ford’s passenger side mirror.
The driver and one passenger of the Ford were not injured.
The bicyclist was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
