
Orange County was well represented at the Annual Crime Stoppers Award Dinner held in Beaumont on Nov. 1. Many Departments around the three county area recognized an individual or group for a variety of reasons.
Orange Mayor Larry Spears, Jr. (above) was recognized by the Orange Police Department for his positive impact between OPD and the City as well as his on-hands approach.

Orange County Sheriff Jimmy Lane Mooney acknowledged four members for their work with the department. They are Deputy Marcus Johnson, Deputy Jacob McElroy, Corporal Ryan Cunningham and Sergeant Chase Alexander.

The City of Vidor was represented by Captain Ed Martin who honored Sgt. Ethan Mansfield for his work with the department.

Sabine Federal Credit Union was recognized by the Pinehurst Police Dept. SFCU has allowed their building to be used for training exercises and the also sponsor a program to recognize Pinehurst staff for their good deeds.

OC Constable Prec. 4 Matt Ortego recognized local business owner James McCullar for always supporting law enforcement and always looking for ways to implement security within the community.

Anthony Allen goes out of his way to assist law enforcement and first responders with food, ice, beverages, or anything they may need or request. He was recognized by the Orange DPS Office.
The Vidor ISD Police Department was recognized as the District PD of the Year.
