This week’s report will reflect an increase in the number of COVID-related fatalities. These fatalities are now being tracked and reported based on the State weekly reports. The State reviews death certificates and “assigns residence” according to information on the certificate. Therefore, moving forward the Health Department fatalities report will reflect the State report.
•Total Positive Cases includes PCR (confirmed) and Antigen (probable) results.
•Antibody test results are NOT included in this information.
•This information includes only data reported to Hardin County Public Health.
•”Unknown” represents incomplete data submitted to HCPH by others.
•Positive Cases are counted only ONCE (re-tests are not counted).
•Hospitalizations are current, not cumulative.
•HCPH is not responsible for the accuracy of data received from others.
