Corks for a Cause to Benefit Men Wear Pink of Southeast Texas Orange, TX
Free State Cellars Winery will host Corks for a Cause on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 5–8 p.m., to raise funds for Men Wear Pink of Southeast Texas, a campaign supporting the American Cancer Society’s fight against breast cancer. Guests can sip and socialize while bidding on items in the silent auction, featuring generous donations from local businesses including Extreme Detail Garage, Paul Burch’s Looking Good Salon, Endless Beauty by Stephanie, Cottage Cuttings, Childs Ace Hardware, Love Bug Party, Christine Pervan Mortgage Team, Candace Mulhollan Group, and The Yoga Vibe. The evening will also include a raffle, games, and good company, all set against the charming backdrop of Free State Cellars Winery. “It’s a wonderful way to come together for a great cause and celebrate local generosity,” said event organizers Christopher Kovatch and Janois Strause Grizzaffi.
Grizzaffi said, “We want to educate and bring support to those in Orange County. Personally in my experience with my husband Mark, I feel like there are resources available that Orange County just don’t know about such as the Hope Lodge and also gas cards, etc. through the American Cancer society. We thankfully never had to use these resources, but I know people could use them if they knew about them!”
