A fender bender Friday afternoon in Bridge City involved Prec. 3 Constable Mark Philpott. Both drivers walked away from the accident near Ferry Drive. The driver of the pickup was ticketed for failure to yield right of way, no insurance, expired OCCUPATIONAL DL, and expired registration.
