Orange County Sheriff Keith Merritt along with Chief Deputy John Tarver, Captain Howard & Lieutenant Talbert would like to congratulate Frank Carpenter on his promotion from Deputy Corporal to Deputy Sergeant over the Patrol Division here at the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Frank started out as a Patrol Deputy and has moved up in rank to Corporal and now Sergeant. He has been with the Sheriff’s Office for 8 years.
