The City of Orange Police Department is currently investigating a burglary that occurred on July 30, 2025, at approximately 6:41 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of W. Curtis Avenue in Orange, Texas, in reference to a burglary in progress.
The homeowner was alerted by his surveillance system after it detected movement. While viewing the footage remotely, he observed a black male suspect forcing entry into his residence. Upon inventorying the home, several items were found to be missing.
