First grade students at Orangefield Elementary had their annual Mardi
Gras celebration on Friday. Students enjoyed cheering at the crawfish
races and throwing beads to kindergarten students during their hallway
parade. Students and teachers enjoyed sampling traditional Cajun food
including the famous King Cake.
