The Orangefield Lady Bobcats topped off a 6-0 opening tournament weekend taking two early morning games vs. Hamshire Fannett 10-2 and Hardin Jefferson 16-4.
Win vs. Hamshire Fannett 10-2
Teal Kibodeaux got her third win of the weekend giving up 1 earned run on 3 hits with 5 strikeouts.
The top of the line-up delivered with Aubree Beck, Hallee Becker, and Charlee Sanches all with two hits a piece. Beck had a single, a double, a walk, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Becker added two singles, a walk, 2 RBIs and a run scored. Sanches had two singles, an RBI and a run scored. Laila Agerton had a 2 RBI double and 2 runs scored. Jocelyn Droddy picked up a double and an RBI. Karlie Traxler and Teal Kibodeaux both had RBIs. Paisley Reeves had two great at bats with sacrifice bunts, and Madi LaSalle added two runs scored. Alysen Vincent had a walk and a run scored.
Win vs. Hardin Jefferson 16-4
Charlee Sanches gave up no earned runs, on 3 hits, striking out one and walking none in her third win of the weekend.
Jocelyn Droddy led the Lady Bobcats with 2 hits, 2 runs scored and 3 RBIs. Aubree Beck added four RBIs to her total on one swing with a grand slam and 2 runs scored. Brennah Lee belted her first career homerun as a Lady Bobcat and added 2 walks and 3 runs scored. Laila Agerton had a double, an RBI and 2 runs scored. Hallee Becker had two walks, a single and 2 runs scored. Madi LaSalle had a single, 2 walks and a run scored. Charlee Sanches had a single and 2 RBIs. Alysen Vincent had a single, a walk, an RBI and a run scored. Teal Kibodeaux had 2 walks and three runs scored.
The Lady Bobcats improve to 7-0 on the weekend and are scheduled to play this Tuesday in Vidor with the JV beginning at 4:30 and the varsity at 6:00.

FRIDAY
The Orangefield Lady Bobcats finished off another 2-0 day with wins over Woodville and Kelly.
4-0 win vs. Woodville
Teal Kibodeaux threw a 5 inning no-hitter surrendering just two walks with 9 strikeouts. One of just two baserunners was caught stealing by catcher, Jocelyn Droddy.
Charlee Sanches broke through for a big day with 3 RBIs and a run scored thanks to a single and a homerun. Hallee Becker and Aubree Beck both had singles and a run scored. Becker added 2 stolen bases. Madi LaSalle had a single.
18-2 win vs. Kelly
Charlee Sanches got the win on the mound giving up 1 run on 1 hit with 5 strikeouts. Alysen Vincent finished off the game giving up 1 run on 2 hits with a strikeout.
The Lady Bobcats racked up 15 hits in 3 innings of play. Charlee Sanches added 3 more hits with another homerun and 3 RBIs. Alysen Vincent had 2 hits, 3 RBIs and 3 runs scored. Aubree Beck reached on 2 walks and had 2 runs scored. Audrey Sonnier had a run scored. Paisley Reeves added two singles, 2 RBIs, a walk and a run scored. Madi LaSalle had 2 runs scored. Teal Kibodeaux had a single, a double, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Laila Agerton had a single and a triple with 3 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Hallee Becker added to her hit total on the weekend with a single, a double, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Jocelyn Droddy had a single. Karlie Traxler had a single with 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored.
The Lady Bobcats improve to 5-0 on the season and finish the Anahuac tournament Saturday morning at 8a vs. Hamshire Fannett and 10:50 vs. Hardin Jefferson.

The Orangefield Lady Bobcats went 2-0 on the day with wins over Cleveland and Deweyville.
Pitching was the highlight of the day as Teal Kibodeaux and Charlee Sanches only gave up a combined 1 hit with 19 strikeouts over 9 innings of work.
5-2 win vs. Cleveland
Teal Kibodeaux picked up the win giving up 2 runs on 2 walks and 1 hit with 10 strikeouts in 4 innings.
