A woman was transported to the hospital Tuesday morning after being struck by a vehicle.
The call came in around 8:30am from the intersection of 11th and Burton in Orange. A red Ford Expedition was traveling west on Burton when the woman on the bicycle, traveling south on 11th, failed to yield the right of way and pulled in front of the Expedition.
Witnesses confirmed the story at the scene. The woman was transported with non-life threatening injuries. First responders said she may have a broken femur.
