After a game winning home run last week Incarnate Word catcher Kyle Bergeron kept the hot bat going Wednesday against the Aggies in College Station. Bergeron went 3-4 with a grand slam, finishing a triple away from the cycle.
The sophomore from Bridge City leads the IW Cardinals in just about every offensive category. He’s hitting .406 with three doubles, two home runs, and 11 RBI’s.
The Cardinals (5-4) will play Northern Illinois on Friday in San Antonio.
