A 21-year-old Bridge City man died Friday afternoon in an industrial accident at a Port Arthur business. Officials said Tyler Winfree died after inhaling ethylene dicloride. First responders were called about 1:30 p.m. Friday to Tubal-Cain Marine Service on Old Ferry Road on the Jefferson County side near the Veterans Memorial Bridge.
