Lynn was born in Orange, Texas but lived in Palestine, Texas with his wife Sally from 2005 to 2023. He passed away April 17, 2025.
Lynn graduated from LCM High School in 1970 and went to Lamar University to earn his degree in History. Lynn was an avid gardener and upon retirement he spent most of his time outdoors creating a beautiful yard and a productive garden. Lynn is survived by his wife of 32 years, Sally Hudson White, his stepson Andrew Howard and siblings Gladys Trahan, Jerry White, Helen Cook, Jean Harmon, Kathy White, Ida Wilcox, and Shelia Rhodes. He was preceded in death by his parents Clint and Stella White, siblings Clara Dalton, Bill White, Martin White, and Syble White.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 5Pm with visitation from 4 to 5pm at the Orange First Church of the Nazarene, 3810 MLK Drive, Orange, Texas. In lieu of flowers please donate to the church at https://subsplash.com/u/-6NPFSV/give
