Orange police will file charges against two adults who instructed a juvenile to do a burglary. Officers went to a house in the 3700 block of Ridgemont Drive at 9 p.m. because of a burglary.
Detective Captain Robert Enmon said officers talked to adults and a youth and learned two men had arranged for the youth to commit a burglary.
Under the Texas Penal Code, exploitation of a child is a third degree felony.
A thief stole a woman’s wallet from her car parked at an apartment complex. The woman told police she had left the car unlocked.
The 23-year-old woman called police at 6:17 a.m. Wednesday. She said she saw someone in her car parked in a lot at 4030 Sikes Road. She yelled at the person and he ran off down the road. When she went to the car, she discovered the wallet with driver’s license and credit card was missing.
