At approximately 12:40pm a woman driving a maroon Ford Edge was traveling east on Cherry St. in Orange and failed to stop at the 10th St. intersection.
She struck a Kia Soul that was traveling north on 10th St. The Soul then veered off and struck a tree.
The woman and her child in the Soul were taken to the hospital for minor injuries and observation. The woman driving the Edge was treated at the scene.
