TxDOT ORANGE COUNTY – Expect alternating lane closures on I-10 eastbound and westbound from Exit 880 to the state line beginning Friday, August 7, through Sunday, August 9. Nightly closures will be in effect from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. as contractors perform bridge maintenance. Expect delays.
TxDOT ORANGE COUNTY – Expect alternating lane closures on FM 105 just east of Langham Forest Boulevard beginning Monday, August 10, through Friday, August 14. Contractors will be performing roadway improvements from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Expect delays.
TxDOT VIDOR – South Terry Road, between Biscayne Road and Capri Road, will be closed beginning Monday, August 10, through October 2026. The closure is necessary for the South Terry Road Bridge Project. A detour will be in place, and motorists should plan for extra travel time.

Orange County construction projects updates:
IH-10 Sabine River Bridge
- Anticipated Completion Date: August 2026
- Scope of Work: This is a bridge maintenance project including deck repairs, painting structural steel, and span improvements. Contractors will be placing the final striping configuration this weekend in two overnight operations, in conjunction with the adjoining construction project in Louisiana. Motorists should expect delays during this operation.
FM 1130
- Limits: From FM 1136 to 4.26 miles
- Anticipated Completion Date: Spring 2027
- Scope of Work: This is a safety improvement project consisting of subgrade widening, metal beam guard fence, pavement markings, and signing. Contractor has been working to acquire permits from the railroad. Work is anticipated to continue in early September.
