
Tuesday night Golden Triangle Polymers thanked the City of West Orange for being a good neighbor by giving them a check for $200,000.
Plant Manager Chad Jennings said, “We’ve been working close with the city while constructing the plant. We’ve worked well with city leaders here and we wanted to give back to the community.”
Mayor Randy Branch said the generous check from GTP will be used to revitalize parks in West Orange. “Anna Jean Caffey Park over on Lansing and Seale-Alford Park next to City Hall. Playground equipment will be replaced and a quarter mile walking track at Anna Jean Caffey Park.”
