A 27 year old man was arrested after leading police on a chase Monday night.
Orange Police Officer Mulhollan said while on patrol at approximately 10:30pm he observed a dirt bike traveling southbound on 16th Street with the “driver standing up on the bike accelerating.”
Several officers joined in the chase through Orange. OPD said Morgan Pilcher was later arrested and charged with evading.
