Found a pot of meat on the stove out of temp at 90 degrees. Chicken was being stored on the shelf above vegetables in the reach in cooler. Oil is being stored above the drink cups in back storage area in kitchen. Several cleaners being stored on the same shelf next to food items in the kitchen prep area. Employee cooking behind the counter did not have a food handlers certificate. Has until Friday 10.24.25 to obtain one. Food in reach in cooler in back kitchen area needs to be labeled. Food in reach in fridge needs dates on them. Pre packaged sandwiches in the reach in cooler on sales floor need to have dates on them. Hand washing sink did not have paper towels and also needs handwashing sign. Employee drink with no lid on the prep counter. Drinks, box of eggs and box of milk being store directly on the floor in the walk in cooler. All food/supplies must be stored 6 inches off the floor. Found fish, shrimp, meat and chicken on table in back prep area being thawed out improperly.
