The City of Orange Police Department is currently investigating a theft that occurred on Friday, October 31, 2025, at approximately 11:20 A.M. Officers responded to the Waffle House located at 4217 27th Street in Orange, Texas in reference to the incident.
The complainant reported that while she was working, she took a short break and discovered her purse was missing. Surveillance footage revealed an unknown white male taking the purse and leaving the restaurant. The suspect was then seen leaving the area in a black Mercedes SUV.
