The Orangefield Lady Bobcats had to beat Hardin to be the outright District Champs and they did just that on Senior Night, winning 3 to 1. The Lady Bobcats had to deal with some adversity as they lost starter Ava Walker during the match with a knee injury. First year Head Coach Kameron Humble said the team stepped up. “I was really proud how the team came together after Ava went out. We’ve promoted playing as a team all season and they really came together to get the job done tonight.” OF will have a warm up game with LCM on Monday at Bobcat Gym before the playoffs begin. Orangefield’s freshman and JV were also crowned District Champs.
