Ladona Marie Bussell was born September 20, 1949 and passed away October 19, 2025, at the age of 76.
She is survived by her children, Kelly Bussell and wife Rachael of Deweyville, Texas, Denise Collier and husband Allen of Deweyville, Texas, Sarah Jones and husband Brandon of DeQuincy, Louisiana; brother, Connie “Connie Boy” White and wife Wanda of Deweyville, Texas; 7 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Homer Ray “Buck” Bussell; parents, Conley and Ruby White; brother, Garvin John White.
Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., October 23, 2025, at Dorman-Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., October 24, 2025, at Dorman-Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 8808 Highway 87 North Orange, Texas. Bro. John Fortenberry will be officiating. Interment to follow at King Cemetery Orange, Texas.
Honoring Ladona as pallbearers are Austin Laughlin, Ty Collier, Brett Bussell, Colten Curtice, Caleb Bass, and Brandon Powell.
