
Aaron James MacCammond, 49, of Bridge City, Texas passed peacefully into the arms of his Savior on September 27, 2025. Born in Groves, Texas on August 14, 1976, to Mike and Lynette MacCammond, Aaron lived a life filled with love, creativity, and faith.
Aaron was first and foremost a devoted father. His sons, Ian and Sterling were the joy of his life, and he treasured every moment spent with them. Whether fishing, laughing with family, or sharing stories, Aaron made sure his loved ones always knew how deeply he cared.
Blessed with many talents and creative spirit, Aaron could make or fix just about anything, but what truly set him apart was his passion for spreading the Word of Jesus Christ. He lived his faith daily and touched countless lives by sharing God’s love with others even in his darkest days.
Aaron is preceded in death by his mother Lynette, grandparents Lloyd and JoAn MacCammond, Morris and Helen Guyote, his aunt Susan MacCammond, his uncle Kirk Guyote, and first cousin Eric MacCammond.
Aaron leaves behind his two sons, Ian and Sterling MacCammond, and their mother Shanna MacCammond. He is also survived by his father, Mike MacCammond and wife Donna, his sister and brother-in-law, Amber and Larry Strong; and his nieces Abigail Stout and her husband Tucker, Marlie Strong, Emery Strong, and Lakely Strong. He is also survived by a large and loving family of aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews, all of whom will cherish his memory.
A memorial service to celebrate Aaron’s life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 10:00
a.m. at Well of Hope Christian Fellowship in Bridge City, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Well of Hope Christian Fellowship in Aaron’s honor.
Aaron will forever be remembered for his unwavering faith, his generous heart, and the love he poured into his family and everyone blessed to know him.
