Rickenjacks Brewing in Vidor received an 82. To give you an idea of what constitutes and 82 we’ve listed their demerits below.
-Cut onions and white gravy found out of proper temperatures.
-Found raw chicken being stored improperly inside the coolers. Need to cover all foods inside cooler/freezers.
-Ice scoop being stored directly on top of the ice machine. Need to keep the ice scoop in a separate container/bucket.
-Need to label all foods inside coolers/freezers with product name once the food is out of original package.
-Dates needed on all product inside the coolers/freezers.
-Water dripping from walk-in cooler motor onto the floor- need immediate repairs.
