Approximately 60 fourth graders at Orangefield Elementary were recognized for meeting their AR goals during the first six weeks of school. To celebrate, students enjoyed an outdoor lunch and refreshing ice cream floats. While they receive at least 10 minutes of independent reading time in class each day, they are also expected to read for at least 20 minutes each evening as part of their homework. These students rose to the challenge and succeeded!
