Firefighters were called to a home Monday evening on Broad Street in West Orange near Mello Plumbing. When they arrived they found the home fully engulfed.
The home was vacant with no power and arson is suspected. It’s the second time the fire department has been called on the empty residence.
OCESD 3 and 4 provided mutual aid along with Acadian. The cause is under investigation.
