A house fire on Independence Day is under investigation according to the Orange Fire Department.
Heavy black smoke was pouring out of the home at 107 Amarylis when firefighters arrived approximately 1:45pm Friday.
They were able to contain the fire to a bedroom in the home. The home suffered smoke and water damage. Everyone got out safely and the Red Cross was called in to assist.
