
Finalists Announced for 2025 Babe Zaharias High School Jr. Golf Awards
The Babe Zaharias Foundation is pleased to announce the finalists and honorees for the 2024 Babe Zaharias High School Junior Golf Awards. This prestigious annual event recognizes top high school golfers, underclassmen, and coaches from Southeast Texas for the 2024-2025 school year. The awards banquet, headlined by sponsor Wells Fargo Advisors and supported by The Astros Golf Foundation and Trecora, will take place at 6 PM on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 at 5 Under Golf Center in Beaumont.

and former Lamar University Head Coach. A Beaumont native and proud alumnus of Monsignor Kelly Catholic
High School, McMakin is celebrated for his achievements in collegiate golf and his dedication to developing
young athletes.
