A Jefferson County Grand Jury has indicted 49 year old Ronald Lynn Cameron of Orange following a traffic stop on Feb. 8 of this year.
A DPS Trooper was on patrol on I10 eastbound near mile marker 847 when he clocked a Chevrolet Tahoe at 91mph in a 55mph zone.
During the traffic stop the Trooper said he could smell alcohol on Cameron and he had bloodshot eyes. Two whiskey bottles were found in the vehicle. One of them was empty. Cameron’s breath alcohol content registered 0.237.
He was arrested and charged with DWI, third or more.
