
The Celebration of Life for Mr. Franklin G. Alexander, 80, of Orange, will be held during a Funeral Mass, Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 11am at St. Mary Catholic Church.
Rites of Christian Burial will follow at Magnolia Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 until 10:30am. A Rosary will be prayed at 1030 am.
Franklin “George” Alexander was born July 6, 1944, in Orange, Texas to Ethel Mae Walker and George Alexander.
Raised and educated in Orange, he was a 1962 graduate of Emma H. Wallace High School. He furthered his education, graduating from Prairie View A & M University in 1966.
A member of St. Therese Catholic Church, he also retired from the E.I. DuPont Sabine River Works Plant after 30 years of service as a Machinist.
Forever remembered will be his kindness, friendliness and always being there for anyone in need of his assistance.
He passed Sunday, April 27, 2025, in the quiet of his home.
Survivors include one son, Sebastian Alexander (Lara) of Orangefield, TX, two daughters, Tiffany Stout (Brandon) of Cypress, TX, and Phaedria Alexander of Orange, 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.
