Vidor High School CTE is so excited to announce that the following students earned their food manager certification in Mrs. Spell’s Culinary Arts class. This certification from Always Food Safe is the certification earned in the CTE program area of culinary arts & is nationally recognized. It ensures the student managers understand food safety principles and regulations, promoting safe food handling practices and preventing foodborne illnesses. Additionally this certification is required by most food establishments and will help the students gain employment. Mrs. Misti Spell said the students have worked very hard this year to earn this certification.
