
Lumberton scored a run in the fifth on a sac fly and that would be the only run of the game as the Raiders handed Bridge City a 1-0 loss Tuesday.
It was a pitchers dual with BC’s Max Pachar giving up one run on four hits with 2K’s and one walk. Lumberton’s Hudson Emerson threw a three hit shutout with one strikeout and one walk. Both teams are 4-1 in district and scheduled to play in BC Friday.

The LCM Bears (3-0) have won 8 of their last 9 after a 6-0 win over Vidor. Parker Seago was dominant, striking out 10 while pitching a three hit shutout with one walk. Jacob Scheiderer lead the offense going 2-4 with 3RBI’s and Clay Raney was 2-3 with 2 runs scored.

Monday Orangefield beat Kirbyville 3-1. Carson Gonzales had another solid outing pitching a six hitter with six K’s and four walks. OF (5-0) runs their win streak to eight.

SOFTBALL
Cambree LaComb and Jada Juneau combined to throw a five inning no hitter in a 14-1 win over WOS. LaComb added a 3 run double while Nicole Sasser, Makenna Knight and Kyleigh Hamilton all had two hits each. BC is 6-1 and WOS 0-7.

Deweyville (6-0) took a doubleheader from Evadale 4-0, 7-6. In the first game Baylee Smith was unhittable, throwing a no hitter and striking out 18. There was drama in Gm. 2 as the Lady Pirates scored four in the sixth for the comeback win. Smith struck out 12 and Adisyn Thompson went 3-4 with 2RBI’s

The Orangefield Lady Bobcats defeated the Hardin Lady Hornets 17-5 tonight to improve to 8-0 in district play.
Teal Kibodeaux got the start and had 7 strikeouts in 3 innings of work. Charlee Sanches threw 4 innings giving up 1 earned run on 3 hits with 4 strikeouts.
Paisley Reeves led the offense with a single, 2 doubles, 4 RBIs, and 2 runs scored. Kenli Vacek had 3 singles, 3 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Charlee Sanches had a single and 2 run homerun. Jocelyn Droddy had 3 singles and an RBI. Alysen Vincent had a single and a double with 2 RBIs and 3 runs scored. Madi LaSalle had a single and an RBI. Teal Kibodeaux had a single, a triple, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Laila Agerton had a single, an RBI and a run scored. Hallee Becker had a single, a walk and a run scored. Audrey Sonnier had a run scored.
The Lady Bobcats improve to 8-0 in district play and 24-4 overall and will travel to Kirbyville this Friday with the JV beginning at 5:00 and the varsity at 6:30.

Vidor (4-3) beat Jasper 10-9. Down 9-6 after four, the Lady Pirates battled back, scoring in the eighth for the win. After stealing third, Avery Harrington scored on a sac fly by R. Morisey for the win. Jasper falls to 1-6.
