
Both Deweyville squads won in walk off fashion on Tuesday.
Braley Revere put a ball in play in the eighth that scored Baylee Smith to give the Lady Pirates a 4-3 win over West Hardin. Smith went 3-4 and also struck out 17 in the circle to keep the LP’s undefeated in district.
In baseball, Slade Gunter drove in the winning run in the eighth as the Pirates secured the 5-4 win over the Oilers. Gunter was 4-5 on the day. The two teams will meet again on Friday.

SOFTBALL
LCM (5-0) beat Jasper 10-0 as Tessa Erickson threw a one hitter and struck out nine in the five inning victory. Eden Frenzel and Kendal Jones had two hits each setting up the big game Friday against the (4-0) Bridge City Cardinals.
BC beat Crosby 9-4 in non-district action. The Cards collected 13 hits including 3 from Brooklyn Droddy and two each from Gabby Moore, Nicole Sasser, and Cheyenne Mendoza.
The Orangefield Lady Bobcats defeated the Buna Lady Cougars tonight 4-2 to move to 6-0 in district play. The Lady Bobcats also celebrated a great Youth Night turnout. Teal Kibodeaux got the win on the mound giving up no earned runs on 1 hit with 14 strikeouts. Kibodeaux also picked up 2 hits and an RBI. Laila Agerton had a double and a run scored. Halle Becker had a double, 2 RBIs and a run scored. Paisley Reeves had an RBI and a run scored. Madi LaSalle had a run scored. The varsity Lady Bobcats improve to 22-4 overall and 6-0 in district play. The JV Lady Bobcats also secured an win defeating the Lady Cougars 8-0. Abigail Stephenson did not give up a hit, and registered 7 strikeouts.
Vidor beat Lumberton 13-9. Jaylyn Welch was 2-3 with 4RBI’s

BASEBALL
BC beat Vidor 3-1 – Max Pachar with the CG victory giving up one run on 4 hits with 4K’s and no walks. Carson Sauceda had 2 of BC’s 6 hits.
LCM beat WOS 12-1 in 5 innings. Dreyden Cook’s first varsity HR was a memorable one with a grand slam in the second. Parker Seago and Karson Potter combined for the win.
Orangefield defeated Anahuac 7-3. Carson Gonzales recorded 14K’s in the CG victory. He gave up 3 runs on 4 hits with 3 walks. Ethan Sanders was 2-4 with 3RBI’s
