University of Mary Hardin-Baylor softball senior Bailey Frenzel has been named American Southwest Conference Hitter of the Week for the week ending March 9th.
Frenzel, an infielder from Orange, hit .474 over six games last week. She went 9-for-19 from the plate, slamming one double and two home runs on the week. Frenzel drove in a team-high nine runs, scoring two of her own. Her pinch runners also scored three more runs on the week as Frenzel added three walks with just one strikeout. She recorded at least one hit in all six games.
