
On Feb. 25, 2025 an Orange County Sheriff’s Office Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Main Street in Vidor, south of IH-10. The OCSO deputy suspected the driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, was involved in criminal activity.
A search of the driver’s vehicle resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of contraband believed to be Methamphetamines, Cocaine, Fentanyl, Marijuana, and Psilocybin (mushrooms). A large amount of US currency was also found in the vehicle. The driver was placed under arrest and charged with felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. The driver was booked into the Orange County Jail.
