On August 8, 2024, Pinehurst Police K-9 Officer Justin Brown conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by a female, who was later identified as 46-year-old Taifa K. St. Julien.
A probable cause search revealed approximately 91 grams of THC and a 9mm handgun inside the vehicle.
St. Julien was arrested and transported to the Orange County Jail, where St. Julien was booked in for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, greater than 4 grams and less than 400 grams felony -2 and Unlawful carry Weapon Misdemeanor A.
