West Orange Police have released Officer Chuck Cobb’s body cam video following the heroic efforts of Cobb and two citizens to rescue a woman who drove into a pond on Hwy. 87 back on July 24.
The woman, Jonquetta Winbush, suffered what is believed to be a seizure. Cobb found her unconscious. He performed CPR and got a pulse before EMT’s showed up and transferred her to the hospital. She is still in the hospital but expected to recover.
