A former Orange resident was arrested in Jasper and accused of stealing more than $16,000 from the elderly in Jasper.
Adrienna Hudson, 57, was serving as the Executive Director of the Jasper County Committee on Aging. Very similar to our Meals on Wheels here in Orange County. Hudson is accused of using a credit card without permission, approximately 58 times for a total of $16,325.
Hudson was arrested following a recent indictment by the Jasper County Grand Jury, which charged her with ten counts of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse.
The investigation began in April of 2024 after the Sheriff’s Department in Jasper County was contacted by Keith Daniels, the President of the Jasper County Committee on Aging.
Bond was set at $20,000 by Jasper County Precinct 6 Justice of the Peace Steve Conner.
