The National Weather Service in Lake Charles says three more tornadoes were confirmed Friday afternoon from Wednesday morning’s severe weather. An EF-1 was confirmed between Lacassine and Welsh, An EF-1 was confirmed in central Lake Charles and an EF-1 was confirmed near Holmwood. This brings the total tornadoes, starting with one in Port Arthur and including Southwest Louisiana to 10 from the April 10 storms.
